Appointment at 9. Rushed to get there at 855. Pulled my car in at 955 two hours to routed my tires you sit there fo 2 hours how would you feel?
Matthew's east side location was really accommodating to my time restraint and returned me my car promptly at the time they promised. When I picked up my car, however, they forgot two things. (1st) They didn't top off my windshield wiper fluid and (2nd) forgot to change one of my windshield wipers. However, their customer service team was so kind and willing to take care of the two above items at the last minute that I still left, a satisfied customer.
