Not the best day
I came in for an oil change and radiator flush/hose replacement. They had to send out for parts which took awhile. However, every time I'd look out to see my car, the hood was up but no one was near it. 4 1/2 hour later I got the car and the $760 bill, most of which was labor. Was I being charged hourly labor when no one was anywhere near my car most of the time? The charge seems excessive. I will now reconsider bringing my car here in the future.
