Service Person Derek
I have been coming to Lamb's for oil changes, and tire service for at least 7 years. Derek is my preferred service person when my car needs service. I am always greeted with a friendly greeting, I am greeted and waited on promptly. In all my dealings with Derek, I have never felt I was being sold something more than I came in for. That situation has only happened once at this location, it occurred when I came in while Derek was on vacation. I have never had to wait very long for my car to be serviced. I am extremely happy with the service I receive at the Sunrise Lamb's. (Note: I live in Georgetown and drive to this location because I am so satisfied with the service I receive from Derek and his associates.

Chris was super friendly and extremely helpful. Fun guy to talk to with a lot of knowledge. My car has a few custom mods on the suspension and Chris reassured me that it would be taken care of properly. Dennis did an excellent job realigning my car and now it drives fantastic again. Highly recommend visiting Lamb's on Sunrise in Round Rock!

Battery issues after oil chang
I recently took my car for oil change and inspection.After eveything was done the sales manager handed me the key and I went back to the car which surprised me by not starying at all which was later diagnosed battery issue.Honestly this was the first time this happened and I endes up paying extra for getting a new battery from Kia service showroom.I am not convinced why did my battery stopped working after oil change..never going back to Lamb's tire and auto.
