Unacceptable behavior from store manager Alan. He said right off the bat, he wasn't having a good day, but "that's not your fault". He told me that he wasn't able to get me in for an oilchange, but could get me in for the tire(I had a slash in tire). I sat down and asked if I was hungry, that he had a baked potato, I was like, no thanks. I saw him be rude and inpatient with a mechanic. After he said I will need two tires, he said since the car is in garage, they can get my oil change after all. He then said Are you sure you aren't hungry? What type of alcohol do you drink, I can go get it. wtf??? To me that is very unprofessional, and I won't be back!! He needs some training in customer service!

I made an appointment. They honored it. I was out in an hour.However, I stopped in a week ago about a leak in my tire. They aired it up and found a nail in it. They said I had to have a new tire. I asked if they would put a plug in it. No. My husband did and all if fine. Just so you know.

Fair pricing and great customer service keeps me coming back. I wish Lambs can provide Veteran discounts year around.
