Nice staff but very slow

The guys were all really nice but I was there for over four hours with only two people ahead of me.

Over priced

Paid $97 for 15 minutes of labor(no parts) way over priced!

Beyond the call

Went in for wheel alignment. They did the work four times because it would not keep. Rotated tires around to get the best possible alignment. I didn't realize until later that the tires on front were different. Very satisfied with their attention to give me the best possible alignment I could receive.

3 hrs for an oil change

3 hrs for an oil change and estimate is a little too long to wait. The workers did not seem to have a sense of urgency to complete the work. Also $90 is too expensive for an oils change even with synthetic. Then they wouldn't rotate tires because of wear. They should rotate then tell me about the wear. I asked to have them rotated and when I came to pick up the truck 3 hrs later I was in no mood to Wait longer to get the tires rotated at that point. Your prices are 30% higher than most people in town. I will not be returning or recommending

Late day oil change

I noticed i was way over my oil change mileage and was about to drive an additional 500 miles that weekend. I stopped in later in the day closer to closing time, but they greeted me with a smile, gave an accurate time estimate and completed the work on time even though they were busy. They have always treated me well at this location and I will continue to bring them my vehicles for maintenance and repairs.
