Highly Disappointed

In my two years living in Texas, I have used Lamb's exclusively for tires and maintenance items that I did not perform myself. Until yesterday, that was a good thing. Now, not so much.It comes down to this: I came to get a warranty replacement on a tire that succumbed to a pothole. It came to pass that I "needed" all new tires. Since I knew this, and was planning on replacing them in November anyway, I agreed.However, I was clear that I would need to write a check and transfer some funds upon return to my office and the opening of my other credit union out of state. So, what do these guys do? They take the check. Due to the amount though they have to call Certegy to verify it. And here is the rub... the guy doing the call reads off ALL of my personal information (DL #, routing #, account #, full legal name & address, etc...) in front of the whole damn lobby of people waiting!And the cherry on top? Declined b/c I hadn't been able to make the transfer yet.

I use this location as my mechanic. They have always been very informative and fair on pricing. I give these guys 5 Stars!!!

For soooo many reasons I would NOT recommend Lamb"s Tire Automotive on Whitestone Blvd!!
