The installer left the greasy white residue on the new sidewalk of my tire and rims. A little attention to detail would be nice. My wife picked up the truck and didnt notice it or the shop could have taken care of it. Will return as I have had other good experiences and the front staff is good to work with.

Left my car to be inspected. I figured on a wait because it was the last day of the month. It took a few hours but I'm thankful to have it done. So relieved that guy didn't call me "young lady" this time. I'd made up my mind to say something this time. It really is derogatory to call a girl over 10 a "young lady" I'm only 64...but the 2 times I've been in there it's been loudly announced and it's not nice to call someone out for their age! So, this visit was better. And...the lady behind the glass actually smiled when I went to pay, surprising!A smile can go a long way...even the guy behind the counter was friendly when I went to pick my car up. Nice experience this time. Glad for that because I contemplated finding another place because of the previous experiences.
