I stopped by to get the air in my tires checked because my car was driving funny. The mechanic discovered an urgent problem with one of my tires. I saw the issue and bought two tires (they were just going to do the one and have me ignore the imbalance in tread). Since it was there I also asked them to replace the wipers (one is streaking pretty badly). They replaced the tires. Charged too much for putting them on. Didn't move the two new ones to the front and the older ones to the rear. Did NOT replace the wipers. The gentleman at the counter said, "Your wipers are just fine babe." That ticked me off. I replied, "Apparently, you don't know that wipers are supposed to increase your visibility, not cause streaking. " The whole experience just reinforced my opinion that this is a FULLY UNRELIABLE service center. (It also explains why they could pull my car straight in the bay to install the tires. No lines!)

I felt the service advisor was not very knowledgeable & tried selling me an unnecessary part. Besides that unpleasant experience everything else was great.

Severely Understaffed

I am usually fine with the services, etc. I was there yesterday WITH an appointment. I was told it would take an hour (which is already long enough) but I didn't get out of there until almost 2 hours later. The gentleman at the counter advised me they are understaffed. I will recommend them and only return once they are fully staffed and as efficient as before.
