At least get the name right!

I brought my 2008 Nissan Altima in for an oil can't and provided MY name and address. The "request to rate" is addressed to my daughters who have Honda Civics and haven't been near a Hogan and Sons since the one in South Riding forgot to put the oil pan drain plug back in one of their cars and had to replace the engine! Other than having the standard "you need this and that additional work done" pitch after the courtesy check I am OK with the service provided at this location. Too who ever set the email out couldn't get the details right.

I needed a rotation, balance and alignment. Rotation & balance went well but a rear tire had a bent strut prevented 1 tire from being complete...3 tires aligned...no charge since job was not finished. Thank you for being honest.
