Very satisfied with the service I received. They kept me informed by phone of everything that they found wrong with the car and told me some of the things could wait but some things needed done now. Gave me the option of repairs so that I could manage how much I wanted to spend. Kept an old part so that they could show me what was wrong with it when I came to pick up the car,

This is the third time I have taken my car there and I am now a LOYAL Hogan and Sons customer for the following reasons:1)Hogan and Sons is an HONEST and REPUTABLE place to get your car fixed2)Problems are fixed the first time around; mechanics are top notch and are knowledgeable of American and Foreign cars3)Personnel (particularly Mr. Philip Hogan) are professional and positive and are hell bent on resolving your car problems. Mr. Hogan, in particular, asks detailed questions to make sure all issues are properly handled during your visit.4)Women are treated with courtesy and respect and like a member of a family women and men are treated the SAME!5)They have a shuttle service to take you home or to nearby places so you dont have to sit there and waste your time.Based on the way Mr. Philip Hogan and his very experienced, kind and competent staff treated me, I have no desire to go anyplace else!

They always seem to have time to service my vehicle without having to make a formal appointment. Their techs always bring things to a customer's attention that may pose a problem, along with an offer to take care of it then and there. First rate.
