Prices are always higher
I had a coupon for a $19.95 oil change. Ended up paying $10-15 more. They don't tell you that everything else is extra. They also pulled up records from 2 years ago and said I needed flushes, which were done last year by another mechanic. Don't think I'll be going back to Hogan & Sons.

When bringing in my 05 Dodge truck for yearly safety inspection, i asked the attendant to look at a leak under the engine and asked if he would tighten what was loose while the truck was up on the hoist. As a repeat customer I felt that was a simple request. I was given a quote to service a transmission that was only 9 months old for $190. They wouldn't even snug up the transmission pan bolts as requested. I will take my 2 autos and my son's car for future service needs elswere and make sure my friends know about this. Also, ignore the si gle star, the rating system doesnt allow no-star.

Tire Installation
Hogan & Sons installed two tires on my Ford Fusion. Stopped by the shop on a Thursday ordered tires (Spoke to Ron). He said it would take a day to get them. Appointment scheduled for Saturday for installation. The wrong size arrived however they were very courtesy and apologize and gave me an option wait while they picked up the correct tires or to call me to come back later for installation. I decided to go and run other errands. They called and took my vehicle immediately and gave me a discount for the inconvenience. Every one there is very courteous and customer service focused. That is what I liked. I would take my vehicle there again.
