The most friendliest group and after reading a good review on repair pal I decided to try these guys out. Great service and I will definitely return.
I brought my truck in on monday for an inspection a little after lunch time; I asked how long it would take the guy behind the counter said 1 hour maybe 2. So i went to grab a late lunch after lunch I noticed that I had not heard from the shop and decided to burn some time in the shops. after 2 hours I walked back over to the store and then was told oh it will be another hour, so this time I waited inside the store. I think 3 hours for a state inspection is just ridiculous. No discount or anything was offered for my wasted time. I like this location because it is the closest one to my house but after this visit i don't know if I will be back.

These guys are crooked. I went in for a leaking tire which should've been $15-20 I get it fixed and bill is like $39.58, I said no big deal maybe they just charge more. I look at my itemize receipt and they added a lifetime balance fee which they never told me about! I am near that shop and was thinking of getting my other services done there but I rather visit my old mechanic two towns over than go to these people. What a shame.
