I came in to get my headlight repaired and it was done within 10 minutes at a fair price! Very impressive!

Complete miss

Came in with a stalling out issue. H&S diagnosed as a Mass Air Flow sensor, even though it had just been replaced. They also suggested because an incorrect screw was used, the airbag needed replacement. Estimate of $1400 in parts plus labor. I declined, because they couldn't say it was the problem. I had it repaired a week later, a cracked vacuum hose, $100. I would have spent $1600+dollars and had the same issue. Its unfortunate, they've given me good service in the past. One Techs poor diagnosis...

Disappointing

Staff member tried to bait and switch price when was quoted price match when appointment was made. Service was supposed to take 2 hours, 5 hours later still no update until I called and then there were not sure if they even had my vehicle. Tried to up sell me additional services that were unneeded. Tried to up sell road hazard even though it was declined. Was given 4 different price totals.

95 Explorer

The original estimate was $387 to replace both sway bar links. I went to repair pal and several other sites and determined this was excessive and cost should have been in the 210 range. I called Andrew and was advised he was going to call me re the initial estimate. As it turned out the out the door cost was $222. Not sure why the original estimate was so high when normally a computer is used to compute the cost. Pleased with the work, but still wondering about the initial estimate.
