Will not return
This was my first time at Hogan and Sons and I don't plan to return nor would i recommend them. Even after I declined the courtesy check, they still tried to sell me additional services after my vehicle passed the safety inspection I came for. They showed me my exhaust heat shield had broken free on one corner and suggested it be fixed. It was clear a single bold with a washer was all that was needed to fix the problem and they said they'd take care of it. Not thinking it would be more than a few dollars, I just had them do it. When I went to pay, I found they charged be $15 to screw in a single bolt. What a rip-off. The manager even tried to tell me that was a reasonable price and that they had to cover overhead. Needless to say, if that is what they charge for a single bolt I can only imagine what they would charge for any other service. These guys are scammers. Don't go there.
