Had a very satisfactory visit to Hogan & Sons yesterday, during which my car was serviced. The follow up discussion was quick yet focused. I will be bringing our other vehicle in for service, as well.

Long wait!

Got 4 new tires and an alignment. Waited for 3 1/2 hours. Not sure how long this should take, but it seemed a little excessive. The guy at the front desk was really busy tending to customers and it seemed like they needed a lot more front desk help. After service was completed, I watch my car sitting in the lot for 30 minutes waiting for them to settle my bill. I'm happy with my tires and alignment but overall experience was a blah. Way too long of a wait.

I was treated very good. My car was worked on quickley, and the work done on my car was very good.

Cody and the fellas always do a great job for me, over 7 years and I would tell all to use them as a local shop.

new tire purchase

Purchased 4 new tires, was called later in the day saying the tires were installed but needed a front end alignment. I explained the vehicle will track straight down the road with no hands on the wheel, the tires were not cupped and did not have uneven wear. They still stressed I needed an alignment.

Excellent service

Excellent service. Worked after hours so I would have my vehicle first thing in the morning.

Oil change/rotation

Customer service is always decent. Wheel balance a little expensive compared to competitors. Thought added tire pressure came with wheel balance but light still on.
