I appreciate how they inform me of upcoming needs without pressuring me to buy. The work is done professionally and correctly.
I took my car in to have my winter wheels/tires swapped with my summer wheels/tires and in the process, 3 of the 4 winter wheels were scraped. I've had this same swap done 2 other times over the past 1.5 years and never had a problem. This time my wheels are permanently scraped and its very disappointing. I had just washed the wheels the same day so I know the wheels were damaged at their shop. The staff is very friendly and courteous and I appreciate that. But to scrape 3 of 4 wheels during a simple swap, that is just carelessness.
As always the staff was courteous and efficient. No more long trips to Honda for service I live down the street from the Centreville location and I love it!

The person at the counter gave me wrong reasons for failing the inspection. Based on the report, it only failed because of lights being out (a ~$50 fix). But, the person tried to sell me engine defects with a quote to fix for $1800. When I said no I would like to go to the dealership, he tried suggesting that the Dealership has overlooked all these fixes and therefore I should give the work to the shop. Moreover, he said (and i quote) "you are not allowed to drive a rejected inspection sticker anywhere other than Mechanic to home. and the HOA may tow your car if you have rejected sticker". I checked the DMV site and a few .gov domains to confirm that those laws don't exist in VA.
I've been taking my vehicles here for over 10 years. The service reps are great and treat me and my cars like family. Always good to see the crew at Hogan's in Herndon.
I can always trust the folks at Hogan and sons to take good care of my car. They are honest and professional. Keep up the good work!!
Friendly staff was able to accomodate my needs for the same day and offer shuttle service. Shop was clean and service price was discussed ahead of time to prevent any surprises. Being able to pay for the service with the Goodyear Card with 6 months no interest was another positive aspect of the visit
Worst customer service and lieing before committing for the service then change your words
