Excellent! I blew a tire the day before the Mega snow storm was to hit the East Coast. Hogan and Sons was the only shop that squeezed me in. They were professional and helpful. I will refer them to everyone!

Everyone at Hogan's is very polite, cheerful and above all helpful. My car is ALWAYS fixed correctly and with a smile!!!

We will never come back

We have been coming to this location for many years. When I realized my rear taillight was out I brought it up. I've had it replaced in the past at BMW for only $10. I waited all day (dropped off at 7:30am) and never received a call. I finally called at 4:30 pm to see if I could get my car before you closed and was told I had been called, that I was wrong. I was told it would be $39.43.the price of the bulb was $6, so $32.93 in labor. I called the Fairfax hogan and sons and was quoted $15 for parts and labor. When I went to pick up my car I asked how long it took and no one could tell me. This is ridiculous. We have had other issues like this in past and came against better judgement. This was the last time we will be argued with, disrespected and robbed by this location. other customers were also complaining of similar woes, being ripped off by rude individuals(especially the manager). Part of service is also the customer, you have forgotten that and lost yet another.you earn 0 stars.

Mel on the counter was very kind and has great customer service. I would recommend him for any employer.

Trunk latch problem

Hogan & Sons solved to my complete satisfaction the issue of my trunk lid not locking. I received prompt service upon my arrival and was given appropriate advice upon my departure.

Great Service on the Fly!

I has a Monday morning flat tire. I was impressed by the quick response at the shop though. I had the tire warranty and they got my tire and had me back on the road in no time. I knew it was no easy project fitting me in on a Monday but they did so with a smile and no indication it was a problem of any kind.

Our unexpected trip to Hogan's was due to the breakdown of our 2001 Taurus. The fuel pump needed to be replaced. The work was done in less than a day.
