Joe and Ray did a great job in doing major preventative maintenance (timing belt and water pump), while keeping the cost as low as possible. Plus, they saw I needed inspection stickers, and proactively took care of that, too.
Ray in the Service center in Falls Church is the best! He went out of his way explain and help me with Jeep repairs.
I received prompt service and everything I requested was done. Nice to know, given that once when I went to a chain oil change store I was charged for an oil change and filter. When I arrived home I noticed that the mechanic left the old filter on my car, I guess assuming I would not check.
Stopped by Saturday morning for what was suppose to be a quick oil change. Was told the wait was suppose to be 45 min so I decide to wait. It ended up being 2 Hrs.....
i was visiting and needed service for my vehicle. they worked my car in for service. the staff was friendly and accommodating.
Our household has been using Hogan & Sons on Lee Hwy since 1993. We moved away from that neighborhood in 2008, but still make the trip to this Goodyear location because we like the service.
The tires seem ok. I am disappointed that I didn't get the Goodyear sale prices.

I love this place. I received excellent customer service from the moment I walked thru the door. JOE was very patient, and offered detailed explanations. This is the first time I had my car serviced and didn't feel like I was taken advantage of.
