not happy

I brought my car to replace 2 rears tires.The salesman told me I had a free alignment. OkThey replaced my tires and 1 sensor valve brook. Cost me $ 140. Ok.I didn't have time for the free alignment, left and my car pull out on the left.I asked an appointment this morning, came and the gentleman asked to pay the alignment, I explained to him and agreed to do it for free.They start and somebody else came and told me then it was a free checking and the best he can do was to rotate the front tires. I said Ok.He came back and told the tires need to be replaced.I said NO.I am not happy.My car was fine before, it cost me more than I expected, refused to do the free alignment and tried to sell me 2 others tires who are still good.

Oil Change Bait & Switch

I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation using their website. Online price was $25. When I got there at my scheduled time I was told the oil change would be $40 plus an additional cost for the tire rotation. I negotiated an oil change for $30 and left.

The best service

I will always take my vehicles to Hogan & Sons, on Main Street in Fairfax. The techs know what they are doing and the manager and assistant manager always explain to me what my car needs and what it does not need.

Always great service

We come here for everything from oil changes to preventative work to repair work. Everyone is friendly and very accommodating. They do a great job of explaining things to us so we know what we need and why. We can leave feeling confident about our vehicles.

Outstanding Shop

I went here to get a second opinion on a terrible sounding noise from my car. Brandon N. 110% took care of my car. He provided useful information for a future purchase (tires) and went above and beyond to diagnose my care and show how my car was broken (a broken ball bearing was making the terrible sound).Google indicates that the price was competitive, and the pick up was quick.I will be heading here for my maintenance from now on.
