Very courteous, liked the coffee and water, and newspaper while waiting.Took a little longer than expected as nail was tiny and needed to be found by immersing the tire into water.

I had the AAA shop nearby diagnose the problem. Them could not solve it and suggested a costly replacement of the entire system. H&S found the issue and fixed it fully at no additional charge on top of the $55 diagnostic fee.
