Every time I take my cars in for service it's always fantastic.

Poor service

Went in to pick up a tire/rim. Lady at service counter notified crew that we were here to pick it up.. They opened door and rolled tire ou to showroom and let it go and drop in middle of floor.no thank you or let me load it into you vehicle or anything.sucks

Jeep tires

I asked for Firestone Destination LE/2-265/50/20's for my Jeep not knowing this style of tire didn't come in 265's. What was installed were 245/50/20's. I wasn't informed. Now my speedometer is off by about 2 MPH. Not sure where the disconnect was

He arrived in a very timely manner. He changed my tire really fast, and was very courteous.
