oil Change

Completely happy with your service. Can usually get in right away. Had a problem with a bad filter after they change the oil. Call and you got my car in right away the next morning and replaced it with no charge.

Tire change

Very frustrating and expensive experience. I had two new tires installed on the front wheels of my pickup. When I got home, I noticed that the rims were damaged as a result of the the tire changes. When I took the truck back the next day, Tom (service department head) told me that it was not possible my wheels could have been damaged by your machine, despite the fact both rear wheels were undamaged. Couldnt believe he denied even the possibility that the damage could have happened during the removal/installation process. Each new wheel costs $500 to replace and $200 to repair. Needless to say, Hartje Lost my business and more importantly, my recommendation to anyone else for service. When I asked Tom to remove my name from your computer system, he turned his back and while walking away said with pleasure.So much for shopping local. Anyway, remove my name from your database; We wont be returning.Pat Volk
