Service people in the garage were very friendly and accommodating. In the past two years, I have purchased two sets of tires, state inspection and 4 wheel alignment. Steve has always treated me well. I will continue to use Flynn Tire and Auto Service. Thanks for the service in the past.

I chose to purchase a set of 4 Goodyear Assurance Comfortred tires from Flynn because of the prompt response I received to my internet quote request a day earlier and a good phone conversation with Roger at that time. Tires were ready and service began at my appt. time, as expected. However, my good experience quickly soured after being told I needed a 4 wheel alignment for my '13 Honda Odyssey with approx 21k miles because of uneven tread wear. Flynn's alignment cost was higher than other service providers in Wexford I called while at Flynn. The most irritating and frustrating thing was the information I was given by Roger's colleague citing that my vehicle had a computerized steering component that had to be reset and would cost an additional $20. No alignment check was offered to determine if I really needed an alignment. I declined the service. After tire install was complete I went to Midas where a free alignment check was offered and concluded all wheels were in spec.
OK, but two items need attention: This car needs 7, not 5 quarts of oil! The oil looks black on the dip stick. Maybe I should have asked for an oil flush? Or did the machanic only drain 5?After tire rotation, the computer has to be reset because the car has individual tire pressure readouts. A minor problem.
Guys were polite, honest, and prompt. A very good group.
