Power Steering pump

I have taken my 2008 Chevy Impala to Flynn located on Rodi Rd for many, many years. Not only for oil changes, but for several other mechanical issues. The mechanics and store staff continue to exceed my expectations. Recently, Joe went above and beyond anything I could have expected to do what needed to be done to correct an issue I had with the Power Steering pump. I can't thank Joe and all the workers at the Rodi Road location enough. I have shared my experience with family and my church family. Again, Thank You Joe.

I felt I always had ok service there. I am upset that I said no to the road hazzard contract but was billed for it anyway. An additional $32.00. I always thought no meant no. Am disappointed I was taken advantage of and will probably end my relationship with Flynn.

I was thrilled with my service. All I needed was someone to mount my new tires I bought. Everywhere I went yesterday was either rude or couldn't get me in till Monday. You guys rock!!

Recent Tire Buy

I decided to purchase tires as sale was starting. Mine were wearing, so I bought 4. Ed & Jim fit me into their schedule, did a prompt install and I was on my way. Picked Cooper's as they are American made. I drive frequently and in all kinds of weather, so I want good treads as long as possible. Happy with Flynn's over the years: nice, knowledgeable people, good products, good prices and never feel "taken." Thanks, Flynn's!
