Everything went well. Communication was great.
After taking my car in, the job was finished in nearly exactly the time expected and the work looks very well done. The new installed parts seem to be of very good quality and seem to be sturdier than the original hardware. So far I have had no issues with the work done and I don't expect to see any trouble in the future. The cost was fairly average. I could of had it done more cheaply else where but I would really doubt they could have done the job as well or as quickly. All in all it was a very good transaction. I would have liked to have been dropped off by their shuttle but the day I brought my car in they were quite busy so it was not offered. Understandable, but unfortunate.
Friendly and courteous staff. The wait time of about an hour did seem long for a simple patch job but there were 2 or 3 other vehicles being serviced at the time.
I was very happy with the repair and their ability to get the repair done correctly and in a timely manner.
