I never have complaints about Flynn's service. They are very knowledgeable and work with you for the best deal. If they give you a time that the work on your vehicle will be done they are always right on. My vehicle may need updated as I bought the tires for my Scion IM not the Prius.

I wasn't thrilled about having to return a set of tires that I put 7,000 miles on but the team in N. Huntingdon did an outstanding job of explaining the process and helping me select another set of tires for my SUV.
My wife and I felt we had a rather negative experience at Flynn's. We asked them to replace our summer tires with the winter tires we purchased at Flynn's last year. The wait was long (3 hours), and the employees were not very friendly.
