Awesome customer service
I liked the out-the-door quotation pricing. They were happy to answer any questions about tires and service. And on installation day it was a seamless experience. I'm a former customer. A friend at work referred me back. He deals with the Plum, PA location.

Ive been going to Flynns since I could drive. I take my corvette, 2 Camaros and my 2 BMWs to Flynns. Ive had nothing but a superior customer experience, until they hired Jim. Not only was Jim unable to assist me over the phone, he set expectations that were not met. I took the day off work to pick up an order that Jim told me would be available, only to find that Jim never placed the order. The situation was well handled by Dan. I would never leave Flynns due to previous poor customer experiences, however, this is an issue that needs appropriately handled and resolved. Sincerely,Long-time referring customer
At first I had a problem with a tire replacement however after going back I was able to receive excellent customer care from Tracy. She explained everything to me and took care of my situation. I will continue to be a loyal customer since this is the only auto repair and tire shop I trust. Dan is the best Manager I have ever worked with.
