4 tires purchased and applied. I understood an alignment would occur with the service but did not, thus I have to reschedule. On pickup, was not aware that check option was not available, was not disclosed as cash or debit purchase only. Advertised coupon process seems to be a problem for the staff but option was applied. Finally offered the Goodyear CC signup to assist w payment, and almost signed til I saw the 30.9% APR. NO WAY! I dont have a creditcard, got out of that ratrace years ago, hence the non check payment option could have been pretty embarassing! Should identify this to customers on website. Also website does not allow Saturday scheduling, just keeps non-processing...I tried 4 times (Frustration to the max) before going another route. Sharing this kind of info would be prudent don't you think? Finally reviewing invoice was identified to have lug nuts checked and alignment in 5- 50 miles. No verbal indication of need at purchase. I found it 2 days later.

Flynn's staff was friendly and prepared. I took my vehicle for inspection and light service, informed them of a repair that would prevent a pass; Flynn's had everything waiting and performed all tasks in an excellent amount of time.

3 hours to wait to get a set of tires is too long people came after me and were waited on before me that did not buy tires but had other tire problems
