Have been to this store many times over the past few years . I have never had a bad experience. Service has always been excellent.
It never fails that my experience with Dan and his team members was, FANTASTIC!!! I keep my vehicles clean and Dan keeps it running great.
Matthew who worked directly with me (Tires) was very helpful and thorough prior and during my visit. They were so busy at this location there was a line almost out the door. Matthew's patience and help was above and beyond! On 11/24 I had my car inspected and received the same exceptional service from all staff employees! I will continue to refer family and friends to Flynn's!
Tires were mounted and balanced to the up front price. Mechanic did a good job of balancing. Got a good deal, buy 3 get one free. Was a long wait time. The shop may want to consider setting appointments.
Fantastic service
Customer service is very important to alot of people staff needs to be a little more out going. I bought tires at Flynn's because of the price I bought tires from Flynn's two years ago and was treated much better than this time..
Sales people were helpful and courteous. Providing answers to questions the good points of the possible tires.
i know taking appts might discourage walk ins, but regular customers (like me) would like to make an appt to have them taken off, snows put on...etc without it taking 3.5 hours. i'd rather spend the 3.5 hours somewhere else, then show up at your place when it's MY turn .. does that not make sense ? other than that, i have NO problems with your services at all.

caught my problem, fixed it right away and got me aligned in no time at all! Super nice!
