Good customer service

I've been going to Flynn's for a few years now. I've never had an issue and they staff there is always very helpful. The past few times that I've gone, I've dealt with Matt. He is always very pleasant and seems to take good care of customers within the store and on the phone.

Fast friendly service. My dealership was too booked so I had to go elsewhere. Have used Flynn's in the past and have always been satisfied.

Above and beyond

Went in for 4 new tires. Matt called to inform me the reason I was losing pressure in one tire was my 18" aluminum wheel was cracked and unsafe. New one was $1100. Ouch! Matt looked everywhere over a couple days but was unable to find a used one (2008 Sable-7 spokes, rare wheel) It still would have cost $450. Matt tracked down a place that could weld the crack. It worked! $30!! Super great service, super nice people! Thanks Matt!
