Happy with repair. The first gentleman that waited on me(checked me in, so to speak)was polite, courteous and truly the customer facing kind of person you want to have working for you! He has waited on me in the past and I was very impressed. Was glad to be a repeat customer! The guy (not the term I would like to use) who took my payment was rude, obnoxious and discourteous to me and another lady who was waiting for her car for over an hour and a half. My car was ready for a good 20 minutes before I finally went to him and told him so. His attitude was atrocious. He rolled his eyes at me, yelled at me when I didnt put my card in the chip reader, never acknowledged that our business was done, AND did not give me a receipt. I was not sure the transaction was complete until I asked him. He just started talking to a delivery guy. This is not someone you want as a customer facing associate. I recommend you have him take out the garbage instead! I just wish I would have asked him his name!
I was very pleased with the service at Flynn's. The man at the desk was so helpful and explained everything to me. Very pleased!

Service A Okay, I'll be back.... Two things:1) On my (old like new) 2003-Saturn-VUE (~110,000miles) my Oil Change Reset-Button is inside the Fuse Box (not integrated with the Gas-Peddle).2) I ask for Winter Windshield Washer Fluid, since my Windshield (and Fluid) Froze in 8-Deg Weather on a Drive back from Louisville KY and Cincinnati to Pittsburgh last January 1st. They (again) filled my Washer Fluid Reservoir with the Blue Summer Fluid, which I do not use that much during the Summer-Fall Seasons. Which I will again need to Siphon-Out to make room for (my own) Winter Washer-Fluid. [I was told Winter Fluid is not currently available, So I said I would take care of this myself. Message was not passed back to the Service Tech....Thank You very much.....
