Quality work done in a flash
My alternator had died and my battery was at a minimum voltage level. When all the other shops in the area wouldn't look at it for at least a day, Flynn's took the time to diagnose and start repairing within an hour of my arrival. I was very happy with the service and would recommend them to anyone.

Had several items to be addressed including an oil change. Normally this service includes a resetting of the mechanical light and oil percent display. This time it was not. So, now I need to take additional time to have this fixed. Makes me wonder if the oil was actually changed.

They were taking off my snow tires because I forgot to have them take it off in the spring to put on my all seasons. Because my snow tires were worn out and I needed tires on to pass inspection. They were supposed to balance them. But there's no way they bounce them because the next day on the highway my van was shaking really bad. I was very scared I was going to crash. So I Googled it and it said that my tires are not balanced. So when I took it back and they rebalance them. It was fine. So there's no way they bounce them. And the manager told me that the machine needed to be recalibrated. But I don't believe that.

The service was great and they would've gotten 5 stars had it not been for the fact that after checking online for tire prices, when I called to see if they had any in store specials, they never mentioned the 2 lower priced tires, only the higher priced tires which were more than $70 more expensive. To be fair, NTB, Goodyear, and a few others did the exact same thing, so maybe it's an industry thing.

Very bad service
Ram was dropped off for 5 hours and service was not comleted. Truck was lined up and steering wheel was not aligned at last service. Was suppose to be takin care of at this visit but 5 hrs was not enough time. A synthetic oil change was requested but only blend was provided. Managers at the desk could have cared less. No customer care. they sucked!!!
