Recent Service

Went to Flynn's because it is a local business from Hermitage, PA. Recently had two appointments for an oil change and tire rotation, then one for new brakes and rotors. The oil change and tire rotation took over 3 hours because they did not have the proper oil filter on site and had to send out for it. The appointment was scheduled so they knew the type of car that was coming in, you should have the proper parts. Brake and Rotor appointment, I left with a metal rubbing sound, a slicing/scraping sound. After two tries, I left it on a Saturday to fix the issue. They said the e brake clasps inside the drum rotted and cracked. I dont know cars but feel suspicious that the sound was not there before the brakes and rotors replacement, but then it was there after - but the issue was an emergency brake and not the rotors. Regardless, I paid but will unlikely be going back due to the level of service received, lack of trust, and no consideration of customers time.

dropped car off at *8:30 am for a 9:000 am appt, called flynn at 4:30 to ask if the ar was done, was told they had not started on it yet, called back at 5:30 was told tires were on but they were not going to be able to do the alignment after having the car for 9 hours. since I did not wait for my car Flynn took everyone else that came in & ignored the 9:00 appt. I will not be dealing with them again nor would I recommend them to anyone. so wrong

Mounting of 4 new tires

I have purchased at least 4 set of tires from Flynn's for 4 different vehicles. The reason that I keep coming back is because I trust them. I trust their advice and workmanship. They are the best!
