Great service

I was recently at Flynns for a new tire. I called the morning I went and they had the specific tire I wanted, they beat competitors prices, they were able to get it done right away without an appointment, and they checked my alignment and gave me suggestions. They are great, we'll be using their services in the future!

Customer did not decline

I dropped the truck off at 7:30 am and insisted on an alignment because the last set wore so poorly. I called at 12:30 to find my tires had not yet been put on and that if I wanted the alignment that they would need it until 4:30. I said no because at 7:30 am I was told it would only take four and a half hours to complete the service and I made a commitment based on the time I was given. I arrived at the store to pick up my vehicle and was treated very poorly by the manager. I asked if the first customer in the door that day did not have his vehicle completed then why wasnt there a waiting room full of people also waiting? The customers that did not have an appointment and just came in that day for service and sat there waiting. I asked why I was bypassed because I called the day before and made arraignments to drop my vehicle off. He said I was not bypassed for any other customers, threw my keys on the counter and walked away.

Great experience...everything done in a timely manner.

the mechanics at Flynn's did a great job fixing my Toyota pickup.I was having trouble with the abs system, works like it should now.checked fluids and added what was needed to make sure of proper lubrication. I no longer have a problem with my truck.
