Flat Tire

My lease was up in just 1 weekWhen my right rear tire developed a leak.My tire was quickly losing it's air.I picked up a bolt...from I don't know where.I work real close on Wilmington Road.Flynn Tire was where to go I was told.I called as soon as they opened from my cell phone.And spoke with a nice guy named John Calerone."Come as soon as you can and bring it in...we're glad you decided to come to Flynn's."I drove real fast, hoping it didn't go flat...He said " 2401 Wilmington Road is where we're at."Even though I wasn't the first, I didn't have to wait long.A large bolt in my tire was what was wrong."We can fix the hole & put in more air, and you can drive away without a care."John was courteous, professional and nice,And I was very happy with his quoted price.I would recommend Flynn Tire, they can fix it all.So pick up your phone and give them a call.

After being charged more than quoted on tires it was a pleasant surprise to receive a phone call offering a refund due to system glitches. Customer services seems to be a priority at Flynns & it is much appreciated.

John, the Manager was excellent. He told me what was going on at every step of the repairs, he even helped with the repairs to make sure I got back on the road safely. His staff are courteous and very professional! I have total confidence that the job will get done right for the right price. They were very accommodating with my schedule. When I was stranded on Route 422, they recommended a Tow truck Driver who came quickly and also did a good job. It is a bad feeling when your truck dies in the middle of the road...you feel so helpless. But John and his staff found the problem and with their mechanically expertise solved the problem and restored my confidence in my 15 year old truck. Frankly I was afraid to drive it when it was not starting. John and his Crew fixed the problem with the right parts in a timely manner. Many Thanks!

Service good at Flynn's, but was surprised at how costly a yearly inspection/oil change has become there. Goes up every year, but this one was a shocker.

Alignment?

Just had my daughter take her 2008 escape to flynns in new castle for a 4 wheel alignment everything was out they did nothing but adjust Right front toe and she paid $77 what about the other 3 wheels they did nothing so sad will file a complaint with the BBB have the before and after print out they didnt even adjust rear toe hope this isnt the way they normally do business old man flynn wouldnt of let that happen time to find a better mechanic shop

I always get really good service. I use the shop a lot and am on first name basis with store managers. Most happy with willingness to get me in for service. Rarely do I have to wait for appointment. I call and they get me in that day
