Oil change & New Tires

I dropped my car off at 8 am and ask to have them finish is sooner than later, but by no certain time. At 3:30 (they closed at 4) I had to call to get updated because I never heard back. I said I had a vibration in the steering wheel when breaking. They told me they thought it was the back breaks. They replaced them and still having the issue. Not worth the time or money.

Doug helped picking out tires for my CR-V. Very courteous &a helpful. Once the car got into the bay, the techs got my car done in good time. I am a Flynn customer for a long time.

Poor customer service

My son's truck was not running correctly and had it towed to my home. I called around to shops to price the repair and Flynns gave me the best price. It was determined the engine was misfiring and it needed new spark plugs and coils. I scheduled an appointment for Wednesday morning and had it towed to the shop Tuesday afternoon. They did not even look at the truck until Friday and it was started on Saturday, despite having scheduled an appointment in advance. They couldn't complete the job on Saturday, so it was returned to me on Monday. Monday afternoon, and $800 later, my son and I picked it up to have it go 5.3 miles and then the engine seized. The man I was dealing with, Doug told me that they would have no idea to predict that. I find that hard to believe. They know what they look at everyday and I would expect a business such as this to be honest and not try just to get money out of customers and then feign ignorance. I will not return to this business for any services.

Excellent Service

My car was scheduled for inspection. My car was in the service in time & the inspection was done in a timely manner. The service manager went over everything with me. I was very pleased.

The service was good and everyone was very nice. However, I had spoken to John calderone the morning of the 15th. We had discussed going with the size 275/70-R18 instead of the original 265/75-R18. I told John to go with the larger tire and he said they'd get them from the warehouse. After the new tires were installed I got home and realized that they had installed the 265/75 size. I understand that it's a simple mistake. But I was disappointed to say the least. I should have verified the size when I showed up for the appointment. Mistakes happen. I make them everyday. All in all I am pleased with the product and will use Flynn tire in the future.
