Great prices on tires. I was a little disappointed in the time it took for 4 tires, a ball joint, and an alignment. 1.5 days is too much, with an appoinment. My mechanic would have started on it at the time of the appointment and finished in 1 day. However, Niles was great with the overall price.

Oil Change/Inspection estimate

Again an excellent job. Not much more to say. I know that it was only an oil change but you guys gave me an estimate for having my car inspected that uncovered some issues with another company I used to repair my ball joints. Instead of going to the one that I thought could get the job do the fastest, I should have went to the one who I knew would do the job right. #salute
