Very Impressed with Service

I need to have my daughter's car serviced. She is a student at Kent. I was referred to the Kent location through a store in Columbus. I couldn't be happier with the service from these people. They were up front with the work needed, saved me money, and got the repairs done sooner than expected. I highly recommend using this store. And my daughter is extremely pleased with how the car is functioning now.

Review of service experience

I had four tires installed at Flynn's in Kent, Ohio. Curtis was so helpful educating me about the differences between the two makes of tires I was looking at purchasing. I scheduled my appointment with Curtis and when I arrived in the morning, Rob was prepared and politely reviewed what work was to be done makes certain nothing was forgotten and he even made arrangements to drop me off at work and to call me when the work was done to arrange a time to pick me up from work to bring me to their facility. As promised, they called me when the work was done and picked me up from work to bring me back to their facility. This really impressed me because when I have gone to other places, I usually have to call several times to find out when my vehicle will be ready for pickup and to make arrangements to get to their service center. To put it simply, I am a satisfied customer and when I need another set of tires I will be calling Flynn's.
