Disappointed

Unfortunately, not so good. Only half of my valve-stems were replaced (I requested all new ones as I suspected they were leaking). There are some definite scrapes and scratches on my wheels from mounting, and the insides where the sticky weights adhere were not cleaned properly and thus some have already fallen off. I have always advocated for this shop despite its poor -word of mouth- reputation. Unfortunately, I can no longer do this and will not be recommending or returning.

Beginning to end, excellent customer experience. Rodney helped me pick the best tires for my Audi A5. Alignment is perfect. Cannot beat the product and service warranties offered. Everything was thoroughly explained to me.

Had very good service and didn't have a long wait. Hopefully the tires will hold up well.

The service adviser was very friendly... He answered all the questions i had. The Service was fast. I got an oil change, 4 tires and an alignment and was out within 2 hours... that included the time i had to wait to get in my car into the shop.

Recent state inspection . . .

The process was simple. This location had an inspection/emissions appointment available the next business day from my call. (others did not) I appreciated that. My wife picked up the car and said Mike couldn't have been nicer and took the time to explain the good results. Her inspection is due this month. I think we'll be back soon!
