I was at this store to have my 2front tires replaced. The clerk toldme there would be a long wait.I was there from 10:50- 2:43, avery long wait! He said they wereshort 2 or more techs-but thiswas entirely too long to wait!
I'm a longtime customer here. I'm always treated well at this Flynn's. But the guys who work there at the reception area are SO BUSY answering the phone, that they can't keep up with the customers coming through the front door.

Everyone was most helpful in helping me decide on the best tire for my car. The appointment was on time and I was out the door with my new set of tires in about an hour and half.
All went well during my recent service. And the wait time was not bad !
Everything was fine except when I left later that day, I noticed that the maintenance required light was still on. The next day I had to get into my owners manual and figure out how to reset it on my own.
Everyone was very pleasant. Explained what needed to be done. Had me in and out in record breaking time. Fabulous experience. Beautiful establishment. Everyone should go to Flynn's
On the 2nd attempt they finally patched a plug put in the front tire at the Toyota dealer . I told the sales rep where the leak was but apparently he could not find it .......but they did pull it back in after the serviceman said it was done and only the tire seal was leaking . I told him I had sprayed the plug at home and it bubbled and the tire had lost 10 lbs of air in a few days . He then pulled it back in and repaired the plug hole with an internal patch as needed . A for effort D for efficiency and waiting time
