The team at Flynn's - Hermitage continued their high quality approach during my recent visit. And seeing Mackenzie the technician run to retrieve the next car in line was something special. I was also happy to see they replaced the chairs in the customer waiting area. Their book keeper must have finally loosened up the purse strings.

I made an appointment the day before to get my car inspected. They were very accommodating to meet my available times. I was early for my appointment and they quickly waited on me and within 5-10 minutes, my car was taken to the service area for the inspection. From the moment I walked in until the moment I left, I was updated accordingly and on my way in one hour! It could not have been any easier!About fifteen months ago, I purchased four new tires and they were very helpful and informative about the type of tires that worked best for my driving and safety needs. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for any type of vehicle needs.
