I was told I would have an 1-1 1/2 hour wait. The wait was almost 3 hours. Other than that I awlays know I get good tires installed properly at Flynn's !

I am shopping for a used Honda Odyssey. I was unable to determine whether the timing belt, water pump & tensioner was replaced via free Carfax report. The vehicle was serviced in their shop. John verified via VIN number that it had not been replaced in their shop. Thanks to John's assistance, I will not look at that vehicle. Tom
Prompt and courteous in addressing a tire problem. Earlier I had gone to the Mercer location. They were not helpful at all, telling me to come back in 3 days, even though I had bought practically all my tires there for the last 8 years. The Hermitage location addressed my tire issue within they hour. A world of difference between the locations. In the future I will utilize the Hermitage location for my tire purchases and service needs.
Whenever I take our cars in for service, I always get the best service.
I have been coming here for all my automotive needs for years. They are fast and reliable and above all else they are honest.
Salesperson was very helpful in helping to select a good tire.Tires were put on in a short period of time. All in all it was a positive experience. If the tires hold up over time, I will be happy to shop at Flynn's in the future.
