Pa inspection

As always you have done a good job. This time I had a 3:00pm appointment. It took 90 min before may car was taken into the shop to,start the inspection. I ended up waiting over 2 hours to get my car back. If I had been told things were running behind I would have made arrangements to do something while I was waiting. Please tell your people to inform customers if things are running that far behind. Mike
