waited 3 1/2 hours for lube and oil with tire rotation. Very bad weather out. But was compensated for wait with $10 off.

MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS I HAD A 1:30 APPOINTMENT AND DID NOT GET DONE TILL 5 OCLOCK

New tires

to install four tires, very slow. It took over a 1 1/2 hrs. Got a good price on tires though.

Very Good Customer Service

That was the first time to Flynn Tire. We took 2 vehicles in. The guys at the service desk were very friendly and the guys that worked on the vehicles knew what they were doing. It was a very good day for being there for the first time. I will be going back. I already have told my son about Flynn and the service that we got.

I felt sorry for the guys dealing with an uncooperative new computer system. But they hung in there!! and stayed friendly.

Great Job

I enjoy bringing my vehicles to Flynn's because they do the things I don't like to do and do a great job at it. Thank you for keeping my 98 Ford Ranger on the road.

Good Service, Sneaky Invoicing

I received good service from the team at Flynn's in Dover, Ohio. However, I was invoiced $19 for a tire protection contract through Flynn's. This is entirely optional, but I was not asked or notified that it would be on the invoice. I noticed it when I went home and had to come back in to be credited for this charge. The manager was very nice, but he said it was Flynn's policy to automatically include it. I think this type of invoicing is a bit shady. I did not appreciate it; however, they did a very nice job installing my new tire. I also appreciated how quick it was done. I may return in the future, but I will be more careful to review all invoices from now on.
