Snow tire installation review

You removed my 4 regular tires and re-installed 4 snow tires. Service time was significantly shorter than normal for Flynn's in Dover. Appreciate that! Rich Cochrun was friendly, more cheerful, way ahead of your other counter people. Good job! Rich treats customers like we are still people with feelings, not just people with tire needs and money. Reminds me of a couple of your past staff, when counter people knew me when I walked in. Miss that! Disappointed that you will no longer will store customer tires. I've enjoyed that service since 1973 dating back to your two predecessors (OIS and Fishel).
