Not satisfied with balance. The wheel shimmies. Will return to have it corrected this afternoon. Not happy at all with inconvenience of returning to your shop a second time in two days.
The work was done the same day as I took the car in. However, I had to insist they look at my car. It was making a noise when it was being driven and could only be heard while it was being driven. It was kind of a snowy day and at first they didn't want to test drive the car and only after I insisted they do test drive it did they take it for a test drive. I am lucky they did. Because of driving it they found the problem, a faulty bearing, which could of become disastrous had I continued driving the car. I didn't like having to insist on them driving it.
Keith is always willing to do whatever it takes to keep customer happy.

Flynn's on Hope Hollow Rd have always taken excellent care of my cars. They are trust worthy and have always been fair and honest with me. I leave knowing my car is in top condition.

After a long morning/afternoon commute to/from Washington on a spare I pulled right into the garage at Flynn's. Upon dreading the price of a new tire, I was informed that I had road hazard and it wouldn't cost nearly as much! In and out within a half hour, great experience. Thanks again!
They always take care of my car and pretty fast.
