Was promptly greeted and assisted upon my arrival. Counter person, and technician were very courteous, helpful, and thorough. Explained everything I needed in plain language, with no extra hype, or sales pressure. Will consider returning to this location again, as well as passing it along to others.

Above & beyond!

I can't say enough about how good the service is here. They are honest and treat their customers with kindness, patience, and respect. They went above & beyond by dropping my car off at a muffler shop & then picking it up as well so that I didn't have to figure out a way to & from work to an unfamiliar place. As a woman, I never feel like I'm being taken advantage of because of my lack of knowledge about cars, and they didn't make me feel dumb for asking questions. I would highly recommend this particular Flynn's to everyone.

Keith at your Carnegie location has superior customer service skills. He was very happy to assist me (2 min before the store closed) and was quick to follow up with me the following day. He was knowledgable and very curteous. Good customer service is hard to come by these days and I appreciate his customer service skills.

Annual Inspection

As with most visits to Flynn Tire, my experience was good. I dropped my car off @ 8:30 and indicated I needed it back by 1 pm. I got a call from Flynn around 10:15 explaining what work was needed to pass inspection. They also suggested a brake fluid flush costing $70 which I agreed to. All work was done when I picked up the car at 1 pm. Good service.

Incredible Service

I was "that guy" and I called just 38 minutes before they closed asking if I could stop in soon and get a new set of tires and the man that answered the phone was very polite and said for me to come on down. I got there, requested the tires that I wanted and he told me my service would be done in a half an hour. While I waited I had a nice conversation with what I assumed to be the store manager and my service was done in 25 minutes. Great customer service, good warranty, competetive prices; what is not to like about this store?

Speedy service

They were able to get me in right away, 4 tires and an alignment in 1.5 hrs.

Called in morning to tell them I cut a tire. When I got there later they were a little slow but I trust them and will be a repeat customer.
