My appointment stayed as scheduled. The manager was my contact and was very cordial. Only problem I faced was some bad lug nuts I had to pay to replace
I recently visited to get 4 new tires on my vehicle. From entry, staff was very polite and professional. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes and couldn't have been happier with the product and the pricing. I will be going there in the future and also will recommend to friends and family.

Fantastic and reasonable as usual.
I made an appointment online for 11/23 at 7:30 am then I received a confirmation email shortly after about my appointment. I arrived at the shop 15 mins before they opened waiting patiently for the open sign at the front door to light up, well that never happened so I stood patiently by the front door waiting for it to be unlocked at 7:30 but both cashiers looked at me and looked away. Another customer got out of his car and said just try the door theyre not real big on customer service around here they just squeeze as many people in that they can then make them wait. Long story short the door was unlocked and I walked up to the register and gave the cashier my name and showed him my confirmation on my phone that the store emailed me, but he said it wasnt in the system After all of that there was one lugnut they couldnt remove so after 2 1/2 hrs they only mounted 1 tire and told me I had to make another appointment to get the stuck lugnut off and it would take another 2 hrs and $200

Went in for a scheduled oil change and was out in less than an hour. They always let you know if there's something else they found and will show you all damaged parts as well. Have been here many times and I can't imagine ever going back to the dealership for work when these folks do such a god job for a very competitive price.
