FYI: The box below asking of how I was referred did not indicate an accurate answer; so, I choose the best one available. I was actually referred by Sam's Club Tire Service Department Mechanic, John, when the tires which I was instructed to order were the wrong size for my vehicle; and, was then informed Sam's Club actually does not carry the tires I require. FYI: Some years back, when Flynn's was downtown, I utilized it's services. The service then was quite good and my experience on 10/16/2015, at your new location on Market Street, was exceptional. I was in need of service right away and Flynn's was there immediately to aid in my rescue! Thank you Flynn's! I most certainly will return to Flynn's for my future automotive needs. Quick, friendly service and reasonable prices!
It was...OK. My service agent couldn't even tell me which tires they replaced, I bought two. One had a plug in it, & I wanted that one replaced for sure. I don't know if it was. My rims were scratched deeply in a few places, & the tires looked dull and old; not a new tire look.At least they matched my lower quote from another store.
I was very pleased with the service I received and Ian who took care of explaining everything to me on the phone before I went in. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs tires!
