I had an appointment for 9:30 am Tuesday morning to have an alignment and 4 new tires put on my vehicle. When I arrived, I was told that my tires had not come on the truck that morning. Not certain where the problem occurred. Although someone had called my home at 9:20 am to tell me this, I had already departed for the appt. as it is a 30 min. drive. I returned later in the afternoon and had the work done. The gentlemen at the store were very apologetic about the inconvenience to me and were very professional and courteous. Although not pleased to have made two trips, I was very pleased with the staff and the quality of the work performed and will be a return customer.

not "top notch"

My rim had a large black spot on it from where my tire hit it when I hit a curb. The man at your store told me he could clean it off. When I picked up my care I had been there over and hour and a half so I rushed out. When I got home I looked at my tire and the tire was filthy (did not look new based on how dirty it was) and there was black sticky stuff all over the rim. Also, the black mark on my rim was never cleaned. In addition, there was a white liquid that ran all over the rim that had dried. The whole tire and rim looked awful on my brand new car. This is not good service. It would not have taken someone that long to clean my tire and rim and make it a good customer experience. I called to complain and they told me to come back at my convenience and they would clean it for me. I shouldn't have to drive back for what should have been done there.

Perfect service, very impresse

I called mid week to try to schedule an alignment on that friday morning. Not only did they get me in, but my alignment was spot on. I should also point out this is a 650 hp race car, and they accepted the job like it was no big deal. I had that car at two other alignment shops that had no idea what to do with it. Very impressed by flynns and will be back for sure.
